Classes begin every 3 weeks. Tuition payments are due the first day of class. Fees are paid as you incur them. We do not collect fees from the student. Final test fee due to CNM testing 4 days prior to your final test date.
Your training will begin with 1 week of classroom and then 3 weeks of intensive training with the "Big Rigs". We train on Conventional Tractors (manual transmissions) and van trailers for all class A training.

Must be 15 to obtain the Learner's Permit - Total cost $250.00.

Have a Class A Permit? Need to finish? We can help! Bring your permit & medical card by our office and we'll get you set up in our very next available class. All you'll need to attend is the three weeks of fieldwork to complete your training. You'll receive a 10% discount off the current tuition fee w/current CDL A permit.
Other fees: Final CDL exam $200, Drug test $50, License fee $18.
Our training program was established by Howard Scott, co-owner. He has over 20 years of hands-on training with CDL training programs in New Mexico. Our program will get you out in the truck on day 6 - you will be out driving/backing for the rest of your training period. Your final test will be scheduled at the end of your class with a Third party examiner.
Our program is continually updated to meet and exceed Federal/State requirements.
Our school is located in the center of town (University/Candelaria) - easy access, fuel savings, right on the bus line! We have a large, well-equipped classroom, recruiting office, reception area, and lunch room (refrigerator/microwave is available). We have a no smoking policy for our classroom/trucks. There is no smoking allowed inside our facility or trucks. For smokers - there is a designated smoking area outside & breaks during the fieldwork. We have plenty of off road, paved parking for students, visitors, and staff. Many local restaurants (Subway, McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Blakes Lotaburger) are located nearby.
JOBS - JOBS - JOBS - This is your goal! There are many job opportunities after you obtain your CDL license. OTR (over-the-road) companies will "pre-hire" you even before you attend school Werner - Swift - (must meet minimum requirements.) Tuition reimbursement will even pay you back your tuition (up to $150/month)! No contract necessary!
